Delivery and Returns

FREE UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery within the UK is usually via www.parcelforce.com. We offer free delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Parcelforce 48 is our standard delivery method (for heavier items). If you require a quicker delivery e.g 24 hour or saturday delivery, please call us for a quote at our shop at Sheffield Cable Waterski (01142 511717). 

Despatch

Most orders will be dispatched on the day of order or within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Delivery times and prices will be quoted at the time of purchase. Please also note that we currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. If you are outside this area and would like a quote for delivery please contact us on 01142 511717. If we do deliver to you outside the UK in that circumstance note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Cancellation policy

To cancel and order we need to be notified within 7 days of delivery. You are covered by the Distance selling regulation.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, as long as the item is returned unused and in the same condition, and in the original packaging it left us.

Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing us via our contact form. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted.

We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or used and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and before disposing of the original packaging. Please be aware that all item(s) must be returned with its original packaging.

Please send all returns to TEN FEET HIGH, c/o Sheffield Cable Waterski, Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Road, Wales Bar, Sheffield, S26 5PQ. The product you return must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all the original packaging and all tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties.  International customs duties and sales tax are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. Reimbursed of post by us will only be given the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
