2. Price Our prices are set out at the time of purchase and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate.

7. Nontransferable. Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

9. Limits. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. 15. Return Policy. If you need to return a product to Ten Feet High because of damage or because it is unsuitable please contact us first either by phone, email or letter. We will then authorise you to send the item back. You will need to send the item back to us via a suitable signed for method. We will then check the item(s) to ensure that they have not been used and are in the same state they were when they left our premises for delivery. If we deem a refund to be appropriate (The item is faulty) we will contact you to verify your card details and issue a refund, If an item is inappropriate we will either credit your Ten Feet High account with Discount Coupons to the value of the sale (excluding shipping) or we will send out a suitable replacement product for which you will be liable for the shipping cost.
16. Verify Members' Address: Ten Feet High reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from Ten Feet High
