We will ship to anywhere on the UK MAINLAND. If you would like orders shipping to outside the UK please phone us on 01142 511717 for more information. The cost of shipping to the UK will be added to your order when you checkout.
Delivery Estimate
On receipt of your order we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Our orders are sent out using the delivery service that you select at checkout. Our Standard Delivery is Parcelforce 3-5 days (or the most economical option eg for lighter packages Royal Mail 1st class signed for). If you would like a next day delivery on your item, please phone us on 01142 511717 to arrange.
Stock Levels
If your order is not in stock when we receive the order we will notify you of this. We will endeavour to provide you with an accurate expected delivery date.Returns
We hope that you will be more than happy with your purchase from Ten Feet High, however in the unlikely event that you are not we offer a 14 day exchange or refund promise. The product can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances and if we have offered you free shipping, this will be payable if you are returning an item through no fault of TEN FEET HIGH. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
To return an item please contact us by email stating your order number and the reason for returning the goods. We will then contact you with returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, to arrive within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
